What is a Cow Share?
A cow share is a simple and economical way to stock your freezer with high-quality, farm-fresh meat by purchasing a portion—or all—of an animal. Rather than buying individual cuts one package at a time, you purchase your meat in bulk and receive a variety of cuts to enjoy over time.
What do we offer?
For beef, we offer full, half, and quarter cow shares, making it easy to choose an option that best fits your household, freezer space, and budget. Purchasing a larger share guarantees a better value per pound than purchasing individual cuts, allowing families to save money while keeping their freezer stocked with a wide variety of beef.

What does a Cow Share include?
Our beef shares include a variety of cuts, with quantities varying by share. We do not offer customization of individual cuts. Beef is grass-fed, grass-finished and is not dry-aged.​ Shares include approx 40% ground beef, 25% steaks, 25% roasts, 10% other (bones, organs, etc.). Raw fat is not included separately, as it is incorporated into our ground beef.
