Order Form

We currently accept payment by Cash, US Postal Money Order or PayPal.  Although cash is the preferred method of payment if you pick up at the farm, or one of our shows, we recommend that you NOT send cash in the mail, unless it is certified, with a return receipt requested.  US Postal Money Orders are inexpensive, and readily available anywhere we ship.

Ordering is as easy as 1...2...3:

1.  Determine the products you want, click on the "Email Us" tab on the navigation menu and email your order.  Be sure to include your name, shipping address (no P.O. Boxes please) and phone number.  We can ONLY ship via US Postal Service at this time.

2.  We will verify stock, pricing, and send a quote, which will include shipping (if applicable) and sales tax (for CA orders).  This quote will act as your temporary invoice.

3.  Once you receive our email, print a copy of your invoice, and 

    a.  mail it to us with a USPS Money Order, OR

    b.  go to www.paypal.com and make payment to our account: sales@da-le-ranch.com.  Please indicate in the remarks box what you are ordering, and check the box that tells PayPal to notify us of the payment.

We ship red worms on Monday and Tuesday only, year round, except for holidays and inclement weather.  Orders verified paid by Sunday will be shipped the following M/T.  Sorry, we are currently unable to ship out of the United States.

Breeding Beds:

Our winrows are very productive, and include a full bio system.  This system includes all the bacteria and various critters that make a worm's environment work properly.  

Winrow breeding beds are full of Mature Breeder, Bed Run and Cocoons (eggs) of Eisenia Fetida Red Worms.  The bio system also includes all the critters that make our winrows so productive.  

Your Breeding Bed will include a complete biosystem, as well as some feed stock.  Breeding beds are removed directly from the tops of the winrows as ordered, and are sold by the square foot:

Breeding beds are shipped with damp peat moss, so settling and mixing will occur during transit.

If you are a red worm retailer, and run short on stock, or wish to ship from a west coast facility, under your own label, we may consider drop shipping for you.  We have the capacity to drop ship most orders, and are able to provide customized invoices, shipping containers and boxes (or you may wish to supply your own).  Email us your contact information, along with a description of your needs, and current pricing.
